Deepu brings over 20 years of diverse experience across education, digital advertising, sports, and real estate, backed by a strong academic foundation in Computer Science and Computer Applications. Throughout his career, he has focused on strategic management, business growth, and creating opportunities across multiple sectors.
As the Secretary of Sowbhagya Education Trust, he has played a pivotal role in expanding the institution from just 50 students to over 1,000, while leading a team of 75 employees and contributing to the development of future generations.

With more than a decade of experience in digital marketing and as the Founder and Director of DEE Sports Academy Pvt. Ltd., Deepu has successfully combined expertise in education management, digital advertising, sports facility management, and real estate. Namitha’s diverse skill set extends beyond HR operations to include payroll compliance, process optimization, and marketing strategy, positioning her as a key contributor to both organizational efficiency and brand development. Dr. Anupama S. B. is an accomplished academician, trainer, and social leader with over 20 years of experience in education and professional development. Holding an MA, MBA, MPhil, and PhD, she has served at leading institutions including Dayananda Sagar University, RV University, and Bangalore University, and has also led Training & Development initiatives at the Rajarajeshwari Group of Institutions.

A passionate advocate for women’s empowerment, Dr. Anupama is the founder of Swabhimana Mahila Trust, through which she has trained over 9,000 women in vocational skills and supported underprivileged communities. Her expertise spans leadership development, communication skills, professional etiquette, and social impact initiatives, reflecting her commitment to education, empowerment, and community development.
